BB Browser for Agents

This article is intended for agents who will use the BB Browser- if you need to manage it, look here.

The BookingBuilder Browser is the built-in browser for BookingBuilder Desktop.  It can be used for booking, or to host the Amadeus GDS.

It can be used just like any other browser too, although your agency might put rules in place that control which sites are allowed.  

Accessing the Browser

You can find the icon near your clock. and double click it to open it.

You can also create a shortcut on the Desktop:

1. Click on the hamburger button (...) on the upper right (the same as with Edge).
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on About.
4. Click the Create Desktop Shortcut button:

If you have it open, you can pin it to the taskbar like any other program:

1. Right click the icon
2. Click Pin to Taskbar

As you saw above, to get to Settings

1. Click on the hamburger (...) on the upper right (the same as with Edge).
2. Click on Settings

This is the place you can control things like what homepage to start with, default zoom level, where your downloads save to, etc.  Alternately of course you can contact BB Support and we'll be glad to help with those.
