Note: the screens you see in this article might not match your BookingBuilder exactly, but don't worry about that- the differences are just cosmetic and the directions will still work.

Personal Settings- Appearance and Save Location

These settings let you change how BookingBuilder looks, and where it saves confirmation files it has processed (in case you want to look at them later).

Themes, Time, Window Position

1. Find the BB icon near your computer's clock- you might have to click the little up arrow to the left to show your hidden icons. It will be a dot with BB in it, which might be green, yellow, or red. 
   
   
2. Right click on the BB icon and choose Configuration.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Settings tab at the top.
   
   
   
   
4. The General section contains a 24-Hour Time check box.  Filling that in will cause BookingBuilder to display time in 24 hour time, also know as military time- 8:00 am remains the same, but 1:00 pm  becomes 13:00 etc.
   
   
5. Also in the General section is the Theme drop down, which lets you change the appearance of BookingBuilder.  If you pick a different theme than the one currently set, and click the Save button, you will be prompted to restart BookingBuilder before it takes effect.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Finally in the General section is the Reset Windows Sizes/Positions button.  This is very helpful if you find a BookingBuilder window doesn't appear on the screen or is just far enough up that you can't click the top to move it.

Saved Confirmations Location

Although the default location for storing the Saved Confirmations file BookingBuilder uses works for most people, sometimes you might need to keep those files somewhere else.  The Saved Confirmations section lets you change that.

1. In the Save Location field, you can type or paste the file path to the new location.  You can alternately click the '...' button to the right to browse your way there. 
   
   
2. Once you have picked out the new location, click Save.  If you already have some saved confirmations, you will be asked if you want to move the old ones to the new spot.  If you say No, they won't be deleted, but you won't be able to see them in BookingBuilder's Open Saved Confirmation list anymore.
