Webroot can, in some cases, prevent BookingBuilder and Worldspan from communicating properly. These steps should resolve the issue.
In Webroot:
- Set the agent/user to Unmanaged Policy
- Refresh configuration to download the policy change
- Click the cog next to Identity Shield
- Set Internet Explorer to Allow
- Close all instances of the browser
- Verify functionality
- Open BookingBuilder if it was closed
- Sign into Worldspan
- Right click the BB icon in the system tray and choose Configuration
- Click on the GDS tab
- Once Worldspan connects, enter Test in the Send Command to GDS box, and click Send
- Test should appear in Worldspan, and the return error message should appear in the Last Response box of that GDS tab.
