There are two places Swabiz IDs can be added- on the BookingBuilder administration site, or on your computer. If they are on the administration site, they will be stored there and will download for everyone in the Group. If they are added on a computer, they are only stored there and nobody else can see them.
To add one to the site, contact your BookingBuilder administrator.
To add a Swabiz ID to BookingBuilder on your computer:
- We need to get to the BookingBuilder availability / fare search screen. Depending on how your BookingBuilder is configured, you can
- Use an availability command in your GDS that will bring up a Swabiz result.
- Double click the BB icon near your clock to open the screen, and enter a date and city pair.
- Use an availability command in your GDS that will bring up a Swabiz result.
- Once on that screen, find the Swabiz result in the bottom section.
- Click on the pencil icon to the right of that line.
- Click the plus button to add a new ID.
- Fill in the Display name with whatever you like that will help you keep track of which ID It is.
- Login Name is where the Swabiz ID itself goes.
- Password is optional- only enter that if you have been given a password by Southwest.
- Optionally you can fill in the button to the left of one of the IDs, and fill in the Save Login Selection checxkbox. That will take effect on your next availability request, and it means it will use that ID unless you tell it otherwise.
- Click OK when done, or the plus button again to add a new one.
- The minus button on the right removes locally added IDs. Any that downloaded cannot be removed here (they would only download again) but must be managed on the BookingBuilder administration site.
