Account: View Invoices

Clicking on the View Invoices link brings you to a page that shows the history of your BB billing, detailed reporting on use, and any outstanding balance.

Invoice

The Invoice link will download a PDF copy of the bill.  

Usage

This link downloads an Excel spreadsheet.

All Computers and Projects tab

A field explanation:

• Type can be Stand Alone, which means installed on a PC.  It can alternately show UserName Registration, which is typically seen on servers.  
• Computer/Username is the specific System Name or Windows username.
• Nicknames are friendly names you can optionally set, so can see that a system named something like BBDN0989776-GGRR0 belongs to "Alice" without looking it up elsewhere.
• First Started is the first time in the invoice period that Computer/User ran BookingBuilder
• Last Checked in is the latest time the Computer/User ran BookingBuilder
• Group Name is the Group the Computer/User was in at the time of invoicing
• Products might include BBD (BookingBuilder Desktop), Genie, and Boost.  
• GDS shows the systems BB was connected to for the Computer/User at the time of invoicing
• Group ID is the number identifying the Group

BB Desktop Computers tab

This tab works like the All Computers and Projects tab, but only shows Computer/Usernames with BBD as the product. 

BB Desktop Group Summary tab

This one displays a cost breakdown by Group, including the total as well as what percentage of the bill a Group is responsible for.

BB Desktop GDS Summary tab

This shows the relative percentage of each GDS used during the invoice period.

Booking Detail 

This will download an Excel spreadsheet.

This tab just contains company information.  

Booking Detail tab

The field explanation for this covers the rest of the tabs in the report:

• Booking Date is the day and time the Booking was completed
• Supplier Code and Supplier Name identify the airline
• Pax Index is the number of passengers
• Depart Date is the day of the flight
• From and To are the airport codes
• Fare Basis is the code
• Amount is the total cost of the booking
• Currency is the type of money used, such as USD or CAD
• Booking ID is a unique identifier for that booking.
• Segment Number helps find it in a record
• Group Name is the BB account number followed by the BB Group the booking was completed in
• Computer Name is the Windows system name

• User Name will be filled in for server users (everybody shows as being on the same computer)
