Clicking the View All Computers link brings up a table with information about each system.
- The Updated Date column header can be used to sort the table.
- Disabled/Inactive computers, as well as those that have not run BB in 6 months, are excluded by default. You can click the relevant checkboxes above the header row to include them.
- The blank boxes under the header row let you filter. For example, if you were looking for a specific computer, you could enter the Computer Name or the BB generated Computer ID in the respective spots. You can often use a partial entry. Say you're looking for all the Computer Names that include 'ABC' because IT's system naming convention uses that for everyone in a given location. Entering ABC will show 'ABC-123, ABC-952' etc.
- The Copy to Clipboard link will let you paste all this into an Excel spreadsheet or other document.
- View Terminal Server Computers only shows the systems running server operating systems. You can also enter Server in the OS column filter.
- Move lets you transfer the computer to another Group. After you click it, you will find yourself with a table that lets you click the Select button on the relevant line. Once you do, the computer will move to the selected Group.
- Clicking Go to Group will take you to the Group's view/edit computers screen.
