Note: the screens you see in this article might not match your BookingBuilder exactly, but don't worry about that- the differences are just cosmetic and the directions will still work.
If BookingBuilder has trouble reading a confirmation page or entering the information into your GDS, it is important that you send the confirmation or web page- the included code will let us track the problem down and fix it.
Send the Web Page
If the confirmation page is still open in your browser:
- Right click the BB icon down by your clock and choose Send Web Page to Support. If you don't see the icon, click the up arrow to the left of the icons (it might be hiding up there).
- Click on the page you want to send to select it- you will see the web addresses there are to choose from.
- Click Send.
- Fill in your contact information in the top section if it isn't already there.
- In the Description box, please enter a brief summary of the issue.
- You can use the Screenshot drop down to select which monitor to include a picture of if you think it will be helpful.
- Click Send.
Send a Confirmation File
You can send the BookingBuilder confirmation file.
- Right click on the BB icon and choose Open Saved Confirmation.
- Click on the appropriate confirmation to highlight it and use the Send Confirmation to Support button, or...
- Double click the confirmation to open it, and click the Send Confirmation to Support button on the lower left
- Fill in your contact information in the top section if it isn't already there.
- In the Description box, please enter a brief summary of the issue.
- You can use the Screenshot drop down to select which monitor to include a picture of if you think it will be helpful.
- Click Send.
