This is a weird thing that can happen in Windows- it is pretty rare but there is a way to fix it.
- There will be an icon for the application (BB in this case of course) on the Taskbar. Put your mouse over that.
- Very carefully move the mouse straight up into the little picture that appears above it- if you have more than one window open go into the one you want, such as the BB availability screen.
- Right click, and you get a little menu of sizing options. If you click the Maximize box, you will be able to get your booking done since the availability window is now visible, if a bit large.
- The thing that really went wrong here is that Windows put the screen on a part of your monitor that doesn't exist. It might be putting it a foot above your monitor, six inches to the left, etc. That means to fix it for good, we need to click Move instead of maximize. After you click it, the arrow keys will move it- but since we don't know where it is, we have to try holding one arrow for a moment, and if we don't see it, the next, etc. You can also try clicking Move and then clicking and holding the left mouse button. You can't see it, but you are now dragging the window, so move it around until you do see it, then click to let it go. Windows should remember that, so you aren't likely to see this happen again.
