Recover from a lock up

Here is what to do if your BB locks up again, so you don't have to restart your whole system:

1. Open Task Manager by right clicking the Task Bar and choosing Task Manager or press the CTRL, ALT, and Delete keys at the same time, and pick it out from there.

2. You might have to click More Details.

3. On the Processes tab of Task Manager, find BBDesktop and click on it to highlight it. The icon you see might be different than the picture below, so it is best to look for the name. If you click the Name column header in here, it will sort things alphabetically which can help.

4. Click the End Task button and click yes if it asks if you're sure. The button might be labelled End Process instead, but that is the one you want. 
   
   
5. Go to your Windows start button and turn BookingBuilder on the same way you would any other program.
