Recover from a lock up

Here is what to do if your BB locks up again, so you don't have to restart your whole system:

1. Open Task Manager by right clicking an empty space on the Task Bar and choosing Task Manager, or press the CTRL, ALT, and Delete keys at the same time, and pick it out from there. Yours might look a little different than these pictures, but the steps should still work.

2. You might have to click More Details.

3. On the Processes tab of Task Manager, find BBDesktop and right click on it. Choose End Task from the menu that appears.

4. Click yes if it asks if you're sure. The button might be labelled End Process instead, but that is the one you want. 
   
   
5. Go to your Windows start button and turn BookingBuilder on the same way you would any other program.
